Unfortunately we don’t, every client’s request is different from the other based on the size of the property. We will ensure your place will be thoroughly cleaned regardless of how long or short it takes, this all depends on how many cleaners we assign to your location.

A quote you get will be based on the information you’ve provided, in some cases, if the information entered is not accurate, upon our arrival, we will have to slightly update your initial quote before proceeding.

Yes you can, our booking system gives you the option to either book a new date and time or cancel your booking. All cancelled bookings needs to be done 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

As long as your booking is cancelled 48 hours before your initial appointment, you will get a full refund within 3-5 business working days. If you fail to cancel 48 hours before, please communicate with us ASAP to prevent any miscommunication and possible incurring a late cancellation fee.
